The application comes with a simple to use and powerful list manager. You can create groups, lists and import leads from a seperate data file. Every lead in each list contains a field in its Xml file for opt-in/out's. Our Opt-In/Out's are done with pop3. You must sign up for an email account with its pop3 settings enabled. A simple Opt-Out link can be added to your outgoing Email, this link contains information about the list and contact that it was used for.

Our Rich Text Editor allows you to use advanced text editing capabilities into your next Email with ease. It also provides comprehensive text formatting options, mail-merge and a rich collection of end-user options so you can deliver your best, without limits or compromise.

Our pop3 client allows you to receive emails from your favorite email account.When you turn on Mail Cloud it can automatically Send/Receive your emails for you. Each message is stored in an xml file for each email address you use. This allows one to switch between email accounts with ease through the settings without loosing your messages.

A few important features is the Opt-Out link and templates. Easily insert an Opt-Out link into your template. This Opt-Out link is used by the List Managers Auto Opt-In / Opt-Out process. Easily select a templates from a list of templates and insert it into the Rich Text Editor. All templates are stores in the programs templates folder.

Google analytics are a good way to track and anylize the performance of your email campaign. It is quick and easy to insert a google analytics link into your template. Blocks are another useful feature that allow one to enhance the template by adding structure and to highlight specific parts of the templates.

At the core of our Predictive Dialer is The Campaign Manager. Many of the key features like notes, Appointments and client data gathered during a campaign are tied into The Campaign Manager.

The Settings page allows one to control how this program runs in many ways. Many of which are new to Predictive Dialers and make this Predictive Dialer more user friendly and customizable than all of its competitors.

During a Campaign this program allows the operator to collect valuable information on a client. This information is stored by the Campaign Manager and is used by the Analytics section to build charts. A few of the other useful features include call recording, lead opt-in / opt-out , email ,create appointments, control sound and much more.

The Campaign Manager allows one to import leads through various data types, and manipulate these leads to optimize runtime performance. The Campaign Manager comes with duplicate removal and various scrubbing techniques to keep your lists clean and effective.

This program slows down and speeds up depending on many factors during a campaign to make sure every campaign is runs smooth and to make sure that valuable leads are not put to waste.

Much of the information gathered during a campaign is collected and stored along side the leads in the Campaign Manager. One can navigate to the Analytics section to view their campaigns performance thats plotted on charts. You can also print off these charts for further analysis.
